Transfer Fee is $100 any time your deed has to be reissued outside your family.

Payment in full is due at the time of purchase and can be done by check or credit card.

When making your purchase, we would prefer that you provide us with a check payable to Pleasant Valley Cemetery rather than a credit card. This will prevent our absorbing the 3% credit card processing fee. Since we are a nonprofit cemetery, the fee affects our bottom line and yours.

All open and close gravesite fees will be payable to the Funeral Home for casket burials. The Cemetery Board will buy back unused spaces or lots if an owner wants to sell them back to the Cemetery Association at one-half value of the owner’s original cost. No spaces shall be sold to anyone intending resale.

An ownership deed will be mailed within ten (10) business days after payment. The ownership deed gives you the right to bury on that site for perpetuity but does not give you ownership of the land. The land always remains in the name of Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
